Almost any HVAC project can be financed though NEIF – the National Energy Improvement Fund. But if qualified heating oil equipment is installed using the NORA/CEMA Upgrade & Save Rebate Program, homeowners will now have the option of applying their rebate dollars to reduce their loan payments (up to their first 6 monthly payments cancelled).
